Heat vs. Magic: How to watch NBA online, TV channel, live stream info, game time

Who’s Playing

Orlando @ Miami

Current Records: Orlando 7-26; Miami 20-13

What to Know

The Orlando Magic haven’t won a game against the Miami Heat since Dec. 23 of last year, but they’ll be looking to end the drought Sunday. After a few days’ rest for both teams, they will meet up at 3:30 p.m. ET Dec. 26 at FTX Arena. Miami should still be riding high after a win, while the Magic will be looking to get back in the win column.

Orlando was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap this past Thursday as they fell 110-104 to the New Orleans Pelicans. Orlando’s loss shouldn’t obscure the performances of point guard Cole Anthony, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 dimes along with five rebounds, and power forward Wendell Carter Jr., who posted a double-double on 17 points and 12 boards in addition to three blocks.

Meanwhile, Miami ultimately received the gift of a 115-112 victory from a begrudging Detroit squad this past Thursday. The overall outcome was to be expected, but the Detroit Pistons made it more of a contest than the oddsmakers had predicted. Among those leading the charge for Miami was point guard Tyler Herro, who had 29 points.

The Magic are now 7-26 while the Heat sit at 20-13. Miami is 10-9 after wins this season, and Orlando is 6-19 after losses.
