About the Role
We are looking for a Gun Social Media Marketing Manager with the drive and experience to join and lead our growing team. You’ll need a passion for social media, Beauty/ Wellness brands, A seriously strategic & creative mind, with a can-do attitude.
This role will require you to be in the office on some occasions but mainly work from home.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Social media strategy & implementation
- Manage the marketing team to ensure the highest level of execution in the day-to-day operations
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement the marketing plan amendments as needed.
- Conduct market research and environmental scans in order to identify market requirements for current and future product launches.
- Implement and Manage all Influencer Campaigns
- Ad strategy & budget management
- Setting up, optimising and reporting on all influencer, paid and organic campaigns.
- Implementing and Managing strategies that are ahead of the game and competitors
- Creating weekly EDM campaigns using CMS systems like Klaviyo & MailChimp
- Comprehensive reporting of social media & digital performance (supported by team members)
- Communicating with our contractors, team and clients on a daily basis
- Reporting directly to the Director
- Manage our growing hard-working Marketing team to ensure all deadlines & KPI’S are met
- Establish and manage marketing team procedures that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.

- 3-5 + Years experience in in a similar, senior position

- Is very knowledgeable of the latest technologies and trends in the Social Media Realm
