Reporting to the Account Director, your role will be primarily to conceptualise, create, write and publish social content. We have a diverse range of clients spanning global corporate, national FMCG and local brands.

We’re looking for someone to:

• Work across platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and who has a thorough understanding of the nuances between them
• Create ‘ever-green’ social content and campaign creative
• Design PPC ads for Google
• Understand the paid social landscape and support our Paid Specialist on implementing Paid ads across platforms
• Support the Community Management and engagement needs of our clients
• Support the Account Director in developing campaign ideas, influencer outreach and monthly reporting

You must:

• Be inspired to immerse yourself in our client’s brands and identify strategic, relevant and timely content opportunities
• Have 2-5 years of experience working in a marketing role with an emphasis on social media within the digital marketing sphere.
• Have an exceptional eye for design
• Have killer copywriting skills
• Be skilled enough to produce Reels and TikTok videos
• Be a spelling and grammar nerd
• Work across Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Generate creative and content to varied audiences in both the B2B and B2C spaces.
• Be ready for an immediate start!
• Have a positive, can-do attitude, and be willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done

 

We work flexibly between home and office and support each other to create a life that work enhances (not dictates!) We exist to support and act as a seamless extension of our clients own internal teams and create long-lasting partnerships because we treat their businesses like our own!

The role is 4 days with the view to moving to full-time in the next 6 months and will be delivered from both our office in Newtown and from your home.
